Introduction
Gypsum board is a material made mainly from building gypsum. It is a lightweight, high-strength, thin, easy to process building material with good sound insulation, heat insulation, and fire resistance properties. It is currently one of the new lightweight board materials that is being emphasized for development.
Gypsum board has been widely used in various buildings such as residential buildings, office buildings, shops, hotels, and industrial plants for interior walls, wall cladding (replacing wall plastering layers), ceilings, sound-absorbing panels, ground base panels, and various decorative panels. It is not suitable for indoor installation in bathrooms or kitchens.
Features
1. Lightweight and easy to construct, weighing only one-fifth of the same thickness of wall tiles, greatly reducing the weight of the main building and achieving significant earthquake resistance.
2. The cutting is flexible and can be cut as needed, providing unlimited possibilities for ceiling relief, pattern design, and more.
3. Excellent thermal insulation performance, its porous structure makes the insulation effect significantly better than brick masonry, and the wall thickness is only 74mm, effectively saving space.
4. Excellent fire resistance, constructed from gypsum, with inherent fire retardant properties. When exposed to fire, it can release chemical water and absorb a large amount of heat, with a thermal insulation limit of up to 4 hours.
5. The cavity structure provides excellent sound insulation effect.
